⋆ For PC import VRC SDK3, Poiyomi Shader, Dynamic Bones, and then the Avatar Package

⋆ For Quest Import VRC SDK 3 and then the Avatar Package

⋆ For Quest go to File, click on Build Settings, select Android for your Build, and then click Build and Run.

⋆ If you want to upload for Quest and PC; first upload the package for PC, then when uploading for Quest - go to the VRChat SDK, click on the Control Panel, go to Content Manager, copy the ID of Gena and paste it in your Pipeline Manager Blueprint Script, and then upload! (This will now make your avatar PC and Quest compatible!)
